Location is unbeatable. A short stroll to the Cathedral and restaurants. The river view from my room. Room was clean with comfortable beds and even had a kettle and coffee machine, nice touches for tea lovers. Breakfast options were decent, with a good selection of cold items like hams and cheeses, though I wish there were more hot options. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful with local tips and maps. Downside, the bathroom was small. Difficult for larger guests, and the noise from the marble stairs made it hard to sleep at times. The Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable, frustrating when trying to plan daily activities.

Our room was well furnished and well-appointed with functional bathroom, it faced the river. The very friendly and efficient staff gave good recommendations...

Strong and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the hotel.

My experience was overshadowed by constant noise disturbances. There was loud music and rowdy guests throughout the night. The staff seemed indifferent to guest comfort, as they did not address the noise complaints effectively.

Mixed feelings about this

The room was spacious and clean with a nice river view. The staff were friendly.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms were way too small. It was uncomfortable for anyone larger. Plus, the noise from nearby restaurants disrupted our sleep.
